The following must be done prior to the service technician’s arrival. Failure to properly prepare for treatment will result in a mandatory re-schedule to an alternative service date.
Remove all food, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. from cabinets, drawers and pantry shelving. Place all items on tables and cover with a cloth or sheet.
Remove or dispose of any trash in trashcans prior to treatment.
Move stove, refrigerator, micro wave, toasters and clean the areas behind and under.
No cooked or raw food in the treatment areas.
Remove all items from cabinets, shelves and under sinks. Place toiletries in plastic bags.
Completely empty medicine cabinet prior to treatment.
Remove all items from closets, desks, and dressers where roaches have been seen.
Remove all pets including birds and fish from your home. If fish cannot be removed completely, unplug the air pump and cover the tank with plastic wrap or damp towels during treatment. Please note that birds and exotic pets must remain out of the home for a minimum period of 24 hours.
All occupants of the home must vacate for a minimum of 2 hours. Pregnant women and children under 12 months of age must vacate for 8 hours.
Cover all toys including stuffed animals prior to treatment.
When you return:
Open windows for further ventilation.
Check all boxes and bags for roaches prior to returning them to cabinets.
Any cleaning should have been done prior to treatment not afterwards so that the recently applied materials are not washed away and removed.
I carefully read and understand the instructions and will follow them accordingly.
